A compact urban dwelling — layered privacy, generous planting and a sectional intelligence that makes the small feel spacious.

MAARAA Architects engaged IMARK RENDER to produce the complete visualization for this compact residence in Kadawatha designed for a young family on a tight urban plot. The challenge of the visualization was to communicate the spatial generosity hidden within the compact footprint: a double-height central living space, a roof garden visible from the first-floor landing and an interior-facing courtyard with dense planting that brings nature into the heart of the plan despite the constrained site boundaries.
