The clients behind The Cube had an unusually precise brief: a compact, cubic form that could sit on a square plot without the sprawling footprint typical of Sri Lankan residential construction. IMARK RENDER responded with a disciplined three-storey design that maximises internal volume within tight external boundaries, with each floor plate given a distinct spatial character through ceiling height variation, material contrast and a continuous stairwell that draws natural light down through all three levels.
