Sleek Modern Residence

A coastal contemporary home composed of cantilevered volumes, deep eaves and a restrained material palette of board-formed concrete, oak and bronze.

The client approached IMARK RENDER to produce a full cinematic visualization package for this high-end coastal residence outside Sydney. The design challenge centred on communicating the interplay between strong cantilevered form and the shifting quality of Australian coastal light — from early morning softness to the sharp contrast of midday sun. The project is currently under development with construction documentation underway.
