Brief
A concept design study exploring form, materiality and spatial narrative through the language of game design and product visualization.
Pawn Wars began as an internal research project at IMARK RENDER — an exploration of how the studio's architectural visualization skills could be applied to the world of product design and brand storytelling. The project imagines a premium chess set as a series of architectural artifacts, each piece designed with the material language and spatial reasoning of a building rather than a toy, and presented through the same cinematic lighting and camera work the studio brings to its architectural commissions.
