An expatriate family settling in Luxembourg approached IMARK RENDER to design their permanent residence — their first owned home after years of renting across Europe. They brought a simple but demanding brief: a house that would age gracefully, require minimal maintenance and feel spacious without being excessive. IMARK RENDER delivered a scheme anchored in white render, natural limestone and large-format glazing, with a plan that places the living spaces at garden level and the sleeping zone above.
