Hotel Bella Vista

A boutique hotel concept defined by panoramic vistas, layered material warmth and a spatial sequence that transitions guests from arrival to contemplation.

Hotel Bella Vista was developed as a full concept design and visualization commission for a European hospitality investor exploring the boutique hotel sector. IMARK RENDER designed a spatial sequence where each stage of the guest journey — arrival, lobby, corridor, room, terrace — progressively reveals a wider panoramic view, so that the act of settling into the hotel becomes an experience of gradual spatial and visual expansion. The interiors are built around a warm material palette of travertine, linen and aged oak.
