Brief
A residential study — the primal relationship between shelter, landscape and the human need for both enclosure and prospect, resolved in a contemporary family home.
MAARAA Architects commissioned IMARK RENDER to produce the full visualization for this residence in Nawala that takes as its architectural theme the fundamental human relationship with shelter. The design responds to the concept through a layered plan — an enclosed inner sanctum of private rooms surrounded by progressively more open transitional spaces and finally a permeable garden boundary — and the visualization sequence was structured to walk the viewer through this spatial gradient from the street to the most private interior.
