A government-commissioned highrise apartment complex in Borella, Colombo — developed for the Urban Development Authority of Sri Lanka, with IMARK RENDER engaged by the contracted builder to deliver the full visualization package.

Elliot Residencies is a multi-storey government residential complex in Colombo's Borella district, commissioned by the Urban Development Authority of Sri Lanka (UDA) as part of a broader urban housing programme. IMARK RENDER was engaged directly by the contractor appointed to build the project, tasked with producing the complete visualization suite required for planning submission, stakeholder approvals and public presentation. The project presented the specific challenge of communicating a large-scale highrise typology within an established residential neighbourhood — the renders had to show the building's relationship to its urban context as clearly as the quality of its individual apartment layouts and shared amenity spaces.
