Camelia Residence was one of IMARK RENDER's early residential commissions in the greater Colombo area, designed for a young professional family seeking a modern home in Malabe's rapidly developing suburban landscape. The design prioritised passive cooling through deep overhanging eaves, cross-ventilating floor plans and shaded terrace gardens — reducing the building's reliance on mechanical air conditioning while delivering a genuinely liveable tropical home.
